The Person
We need someone who connects very quickly to build and leverage client relationships. They have the ability to educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs, as well as the ability to manage a large client pipeline with excellent follow-up skills. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of urgency and the initiative to get things done - an ambitious professional who is motivated by the opportunity for advancement. We require a leader who is highly engaged in managing and promoting the overall growth and profitability of the branch, the business, and the sales team.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Need
Currently licensed in Personal Lines or in Property & Casualty or has the ability to obtain the license;  at least one year of retail management/supervisory experience in a high volume environment; excellent English & Spanish written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team; understanding of fiduciary duty and capable of maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
