We currently have positions available throughout New York for highly organized Client Service Insurance Representatives with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 


We are a rapidly growing company offering top-of-the-line automobile, homeowners and commercial insurance. Our tremendous growth has created a need for additional Client Service Representatives.

We are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with our company and who is looking for a career in a fast-paced insurance operation. Insurance experience/knowledge is preferred, but will train the right individual. Salary, benefits and paid vacation.

Duties include:

  • Assisting branch managers with all sales and service activities
  • Answering customers’ questions and solving concerns regarding their insurance policies in the office and by telephone.
  • Typing notes of conversations with customers regarding their accounts on internal database.
  • Contacting customers for follow-ups.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • A minimum of six months customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
  • Good computer skills
  • Team player
  • Insurance Industry or call center experience
  • Insurance Licensed A PLUS
  • Bilingual Spanish skills a plus
