Job Description

The Role: 

The Regional Vice President of Sales (multi-unit leader) will lead the acceleration of profitable revenue growth while delivering a great experience for our customers and strong return on investment for investors within assigned territory. Seek new and existing revenue streams and achieve optimal sales effectiveness.

 

  •  Lead the analysis, execution, and acceleration of profitable revenue generation within     the region
  • Create and sustain a winning culture in which employees want to belong and are proud to be a part of; this winning culture must have high standards, a solid customer focus, a strong employee recognition/appreciation process, and ultimately achieve company leading performance
  • Coach, train, and develop District Managers in all aspects of sales and marketing in a multi-location, retail environment
  • Accountable for the region’s revenue growth, as well as monthly reports and training
  • Build, lead, and manage the sales team within the region
  • Identify, develop, motivate, and coach talent; building bench strength
  • Communicate sales strategy to District Managers, monitor the strategy as the team executes, and focus the team on executing and meeting the right sales goals
  • Execute policies, procedures, metrics, key performance indicators, and compensation plans to drive and incentivize the realization of sales targets and revenue goals
  • Teach company policy, procedure, and culture to all employees within the region
  • Teach sales concepts and process to the sales team

Job Requirements

The Requirements: 

  • 3+ years in a multi-unit management experience and Bachelor’s degree from acredited college or university
  • Proven multi-unit sales leader with experience managing regional sales teams in a gritty, hands-on environment
  • Experience working in a very competitive, high-growth environment with accountability for sales and business development
  • Strong business acumen with solid working knowledge of strategic planning, goal-setting, sales, and business development
  • Experience working in a very competitive, high-growth environment with accountability for sales and business development
  • Ability to connect with front line employees within the region and make employees work towards a common goal
